A customer calls your business number. It rings through to you exactly as it does today.
2 · You miss it
You're on a ladder, under a sink, or already on another call. After 20 seconds with no answer, Brannick takes over.
3 · It answers in your name
The caller hears “Hi, this is” and your business name, not a voicemail beep. It asks what they need, offers times you are actually free, and takes their name and the address. Anyone who hangs up first gets a text instead.
4 · The job is booked
The appointment goes into your calendar, with the address, and you get the details by email. Add the people on your crew and each gets their own calendar: callers are offered any time one of them is free.

Questions

Do I need a new phone number?: No. You keep advertising the number you already use, and your customers keep dialling it. Brannick works on a second number that comes with your plan; nobody needs to see it or dial it. You set your phone to pass unanswered calls to it — one code dialled once, about a minute. We give you the exact code for your carrier when you sign up, and you can see it now.
Who answers the phone?: An automated assistant that speaks as your business. If a caller asks, it says it's your automated assistant and that you see every booking. It never quotes a price or guesses at a diagnosis; those are yours.
What if I answer the call?: Then nothing happens. Brannick only acts when a call goes unanswered.
Which calendar does it use?: Google Calendar. Brannick reads your real availability before offering a time, so it never double-books you. Sign up with a Gmail or Google Workspace address and your bookings show up in the calendar app on your phone.
Can a customer stop the texts?: Yes. Replying STOP ends messaging immediately, and HELP returns contact details. See our SMS terms.
Is there a limit on how many texts it sends?: No. Conversations are unlimited on every account — a busy week costs the same as a quiet one.
What if I have more than three employees?: The price is the same. One flat $297 a month covers the business, however many people work in it. Each person who goes out on jobs can have their own calendar, at no extra cost.
